Breakfast Shake

Start off your day with a nutritious shake:

1 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice

Simply blend until smooth and enjoy.
I use a hand blender in my large cup, leaving one part to wash = minimal mess!

Favorite Fruit options:
 Fresh Start - strawberry, pineapple, mango, peach
Antioxidant kick - blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, cherry

  1. We have tried this recipe too. We usually skip the yogurt and add more orange juice and it still tastes delicious!
